The adoption by the Columbian Senate of the decision regarding the occupation of the Azerbaijani lands by Armenia and recognition of the Khojaly tragedy as genocide is the next success of our diplomacy.
Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijani Parliament Bahar Muradova told the statement to the website of the ruling party.
According to Muradova, this event is also a success of the Azerbaijani Parliament.
The vice speaker said that our country should further consolidate efforts in that direction.
"The work should be conducted systematically to introduce the Azerbaijani realities, as well as the Khojaly genocide to the world.
I believe that similar documents will be adopted by parliaments of other countries in the future," Muradova stressed.
