The opening ceremony was attended by Azerbaijani President Ilham
Aliyev, his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva and their daughter Leyla Aliyeva.
Flowers were presented to the first lady of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva
and vice president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva.
President Ilham Aliyev cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening f the
complex. It was noted that the Jumeirah Bilgah Beach Hotel is the first
hotel of Jumeirah Group in the CIS space. Built by Azinko Holdinq, the
hotel covers an area of 12 hectares, the buildings constructed here
cover an area of 73,600 square meters and the square of the hotel
building is 54,000 square meters.
The 20-floor building has the equipment which meets the most modern
standards. Then spoke executive chairman of Jumeirah Group Gerald
Lowless. The head of state highly evaluated the conditions created at
the hotel.
