One prisoner committed suicide and another escaped in an, as yet unexplained, incident at a Baku penitentiary.
The incident took place at Correctional Facility No 2 in Garadag District, the Garadag prosecutor\'s office told
One prisoner, Faig Dadashov, is reported to have killed himself after a dispute with another prisoner.
The escaped prisoner has not been named.
The Baku City Prosecutor\'s Office is investigating the incident.
The facility is run by the Justice Ministry\'s Penitentiary Service.
