'Pardon Commission under President of Azerbaijan Republic is working, preparing a list'- told chief of the socio-political department of the
Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan Ali Hasanov.
Hasanov said he did not know when the list would be submitted
to Azerbaijani President and when the next pardon degree would be
signed.
