Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov is to pay a visit
to Vilnius for participation in the 18th session of the Council of OSCE
Foreign Ministers on 6-7 December.
The OSCE Ministerial Council is to gather foreign ministers of 56 OSCE
countries, as well as 12 partner countries of the organization in North
Africa and Asia, informed sources report.
The session is also to be attended by supreme representative of EU on foreign affairs and security policy Catherine Ashton.
As part of the session the participants will adopt important decisions
on issues of new press, security of journalists and energy security,
combat with cyberthreats and spread of drugs, measures to build trust in
military sphere and security.
