French embassy in Azerbaijan issued a statement on
ending of the mission of French co-chair in the OSCE Minsk Group Bernard
Fassier.
The embassy sources reported that Fassier would end his mission at year-end.
"Jacques Faure, who will replace him, is preparing for this mission and
learning the activity of the Minsk Group French-US-Russian
co-chairmanship", the statement reads.
Fassier will pay his last visit to the region as a co-chair on November 28.
He has been representing France in the Minsk Group since 2005.
