The message was read out by Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economic Development of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev.
The letter says:
'Cooperation within the framework of CAREC and regional organizations
such as the Asian Development Bank, and others strengthens the relations
between states and continues to contribute to their development.
Azerbaijan attaches special importance to regional cooperation and
CAREC Strategic Concept 2020 scheduled for the next 10 years, viewing it
as a new stage in the development of this program.
For successful implementation of this program, Azerbaijan will continue active participation in the programs of CAREC, and I believe that its implementation will further strengthen relations between countries participating in this program', the letter says.
