OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media, Dunja Mijatovic expressed
concerns about the increasing number of lawsuits against the media in
Armenia in her letter to Edward Nalbandian, Minister of Foreign Affairs
of the Republic of Armenia. She called on the authorities to continue
legislative reforms for adequate protection of the media in case of
lawsuits for libel and insulting articles.
