the international relations department of the Presidential Administration
Novruz Mammadov has commented on the publications on WikiLeaks.
He said it has been a while
that he has understood that the interstate relations, international relations
are a competition process during both his practical activity and theoretical
research.
Mammadov believes that the negative side is that to avert this speedy
development, some circles abroad use every method and means:
'Why do I say this so determinately? Because WikiLeaks-related materials have
been again put into circulation and this time every professional would
understand from these materials that they are completely biased, untrue,
unfounded and really far from reality'.
