Central Election Commission
(CEC) Chairman Mazahir Panahov stated that
"The application of
any innovation in the election process should be treated in terms of using
modern technology," he said.
Panahov said achievements
of the modern science and technology are applied in the country during the
election period upon the president’s recommendation.
No restrictions were put
before observers at the elections held in
"It is encouraging
that, we have received no complaints from the media related to the coverage of
the electoral process and voting at the last elections,’ he said.
