Azerbaijan energy, gas, medicine, tourism areas are very interesting sectors for Austrian companies. As SIA reports deputy minister of economy, family and youths on foreign economical policy and integration to Europe Joseph Mayer spoke about it. He said that besides it construction and infrastructure areas are very interesting for Austria from a investment standpoint: "Azerbaijan is very interesting country for us. So Azerbaijan is effective developing country. We plan to take part more active in banking and finance sector of Azerbaijan. Austrian banks are very active in this area. They play a great role in these areas of Eastern Europe and Balkan countries. We want also to be active in Azerbaijan".
