President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on additional measures to construct a highway in Guba. SİA reports citing the official website for the President of Azerbaijan
The decree says as follows:
"Guided by paragraph 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decree:
1. To allocate AZN 5.3m to the Executive Power of Guba from the funds envisaged for state capital investment of the state budget of Azerbaijan for 2014 for construction and reconstruction of suburban motor roads for the purpose of continuing construction of the Guba-Kupchal-Kusnet highway connecting 7 settlements.
2. The Finance Ministry of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall ensure funding in the amount envisaged in paragraph 1 of the present decree.
3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall settle issue emanating from the present decree.
