Shareholders of Bank of Azerbaijan are changed. Bank says after this process, it will have some individual shareholders.
Along with this bank says the information about leaving of ZQAN holding the shareholders list of Bank of Azerbaijan isn’t true. Remind that, before the changes bank had shareholders as 2 individuals (Mammadov A. – 81%, Mammadov M. – 18%) and legal entity (NEM Holding – 1%).
Bank says after the process, number of shareholders will increase and they will be only individuals. Besides, in addition some new individuals will be shareholders of the bank.
