A verdict of misadventure has been recorded at Amy Winehouse's inquest after a coroner heard she was more than five times over the legal drink-drive limit.
The inquest was told the singer began drinking again after a three-week break and was poisoned by alcohol.
St Pancras coroner Suzanne Greenway said: "She had consumed sufficient alcohol at 416mg per decilitre (of blood) and the unintended consequence of such potentially fatal levels was her sudden and unexpected death."
She was five times over the driving limit which is 80mg.
The singer was found in dead at her flat in Camden, north London, on July 23. She was 27.
