Rihanna, DJ David Guetta, Justin Bieber, Mark Knopfler will take stage in Istanbul, SIA reports quoting Anadolu Agency.

Istanbul will host world famous stars including Rihanna, DJ David Guetta, Justin Bieber and Mark Knopfler in 2013.

DJ David Guetta, French house music producer, will take the stage at Kucukciftlikpark in Istanbul on May 4. Guetta, who has sold over three million albums and 15 million singles worldwide, featured with Chris Willis, Fergie and LMFAO.

On May 17, Kucukciftlikpark will also host Depeche Mode, British electronic music band. Depeche Mode will give a concert within the scope of their European tour covering 25 countries and aiming to reach over 1.5 million fans.

Within the scope of "Diamonds World Tour", Rihanna, Barbadian pop and R&B singer, will perform at BJK Inonu Stadium on May 30. Her tour will cover 11 countries in Europe. Tickets for her concerts have already been sold out.

18-year-old Canadian singer Justin Bieber will take the stage at ITU Stadium in Istanbul on May 2 within the scope of his "Believe" tour. With a global fan base, termed as "Beliebers", and over 33 million followers on Twitter, he was named by Forbes magazine in 2012 as the third-most powerful celebrity in the world. He had earned an estimated 55 million USD in the previous 12 months. As of May 2012, Bieber has sold 15 million albums.

Mark Knopfler, Scottish guitarist, singer, songwriter and record producer, will take the stage at Fenerbahce Ulker Sports Arena on April 27. Knopfler is best known as the lead guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter for the British rock band Dire Straits, which he co-founded in 1977. He plans to give 72 concerts in 25 countries in April, May, June and July.

On August 4, ITU Arena will host Roger Waters, British musician who was a founder member of the progressive rock band Pink Floyd. He served as bassist and co-lead vocalist. Within the scope of "The Wall" tour, Waters so far gave 192 concerts in 28 countries and earned 380 million USD. Waters gave a concert in Istanbul in 2006 which was attended by 17,000 people.

Mika, British singer and songwriter, will perform at Kucukciftlikpark on March 17. Mika gave a concert in Istanbul in 2010.
