Deadly armed incident happened in the military unit of the Defense Minister of Azerbaijan located in Tovuz region.
Aliyev Ramil Boris oglu, 20 years old, using the weapon negligently fired at his fellow soldier Aliyev Asif Samir oglu.
Asif Aliyev died of brain injury; he had been drafted from Salyan region, Defense Ministry’s press service told SIA.
