Adviser to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Ahmet Davutoglu and director of the Centre for Strategic Studies of the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs Bulent Aras will visit Azerbaijan.
The Centre for Strategic Research (SAM) under the President of Azerbaijan informs that during the visit on 7 March the sides will sign a memorandum of cooperation between SAM and the Centre for Strategic Studies of Turkey. B. Aras will also visit one of the military units of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, located on the front line with Armenia. He will also deliver report "Changes in the world system and their impact on the South Caucasus region" at the Academy of Public Administration under the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration.
