Siyavush Novruzov, chairman of the parliamentary Committee on public associations and religious communities made remarks on commenting on the recent incident occured in Nardaran settlement of Baku, SIA reports.
According to Novruzov, Azerbaijani citizen must obey the law, and there should be no discrimination: "A religious figure should hold Quran not weapon or grenade in hand. This is not religious issue. It's just issue of security. The law-enforcement authorities of Azerbaijan will take necessary steps so that each citizen should obey the law and protect stability," added Siyavush Novruzov.
The persons committed this incident are specialized and specially-trained gang. Most of the detainees are not from Nardaran. They were trained in other countries' territory. This is a terrorist gang. They planned to organize conspiracy against the state and governments representatives and change the structure of the Constitution." stressed Mr Novruzov.
