Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will pay a visit to Kazakhstan.
SIA reports that Elmar Mammadyarov will attend the meeting of foreign ministers of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking countries, which is to be held in Astana, Kazakhstan, on September 10.
The Board will discuss the creation of a single channel of Turkic-speaking countries, which is scheduled to be broadcast 24 hours a day.
As well, Azerbaijani Minister is expected to hold a number of bilateral meetings in Astana.
