"Azerbaijan demonstrates exemplary stability and security." Deputy Head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, Head of the Administration’s Foreign Relations Department Novruz Mammadov told at the 3rd Global Baku Forum.
"Regrettably that 20 % territories of Azerbaijan have been occupied. OSCE Minsk Group has not managed to resolve the conflict. If Azerbaijan-Armenia, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict was not been, there wouldn’t have other conflicts in the region. Azerbaijan demonstrates exemplary stability and security." added Deputy Head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration.
According to Mr Mammadov, human rights in Azerbaijan are raised as issue."If take the issue from this point then why 1 million Azerbaijani refugees and IDPs’ rights have not taken into consideration. There is no fair. Shortage of fair is neither good for the west nor for us." stressed Mr Mammadov.
"If European Union takes impartial position into Azerbaijan then why Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has not been resolved yet." added Novruz Mammadov.
