According to him visit of both countries’ delegation was provocative: "The ambassadors’ interfere caused the failure of the visit. The failure of the visit of both countries’ delegation means that some forces are working on it. Thus, their visit postponed and the meeting realised in Yerevan. Though they prepared for the visit it was failed at the last moment. It shows that both England and the USA support Azerbaijan, particularly our political leader during the period important for our country. It is important for us now. "
