On May 14, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will attend and address the meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council in Vienna, the diplomatic sources reports.
Mammadyarov will touch on the bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and the OSCE and resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
Azerbaijan and the OSCE have been discussing the mandate of the OSCE Office in Baku since March. The Azerbaijani side has sent a request to OSCE for diminishing the mandate of OSCE Office in Baku.
