Azerbaijan is expected to reduce registration period of property right on real estate. According to State Committee for Property Issues, a draft law on making amendments and annexes in the law on "State Registry of real estate" related with "National Action Plan on anti-corruption struggle for 2012-2015" was developed in Azerbaijan.
The project includes reduction of 20-day period for giving extracts on registration of property right on real estate to 7 working day, 5-day period for giving inquiry from state registry on limitation of rights on real estate to 1 working day, number of property sectors from 15 to 10 and other amendments.
