Azerbaijani Minister of Transport Ziya Mammadov and chief of Asian Development Bank`s office in Azerbaijan Olli Noroyono signed loan agreement worth US $ 200 million for Masalli-Astara highway construction project.
The agreement envisages construction of the four-striped road at the length of 39 km. The project includes fields of construction and control, finance, audit service, social and ecological appraisal.
