In administrative regulation of another electronic service have been made changes,SIA reports.
Board of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism has made a decision on making changes to the administrative regulation for reception of applications and documents to grant permits and licenses to tourism, hotels and hotel-type facilities and legal entities and physical persons wishing to be involved in tourism activity.
The words "Baku City Tax Department" in the ninth paragraph of sub-paragraphs 2.2.1 and 2.2.2 of the administrative regulation have been changed with the words "Baku Tax Department under the Ministry of Taxes", and the figures "1400305751" in the eleventh paragraphs with figures "1403006271".
Changes were made to ensure the execution of paragraph 2.3 of the Order No. 1012 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 2, 2015 "On Making Changes to the Structure of the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan".
