Northwest winds will blow. The temperature will be -5 - -2°C at night and -2 - +1°C in the daytime. Atmospheric pressure will be 769 mm Hg. Relative humidity will be 70-75%.
On February 22, snow is expected in other districts of Azerbaijan as well. West winds will blow.
The temperature will be -6 – -2°C at night, and -2 – +2°C in the daytime.
In the highlands, it will be -13 – -8°C at night, and -8 – -5°C in the daytime.
