Artur Rasi-zade was awarded the "Heydar Aliyev" Order, SİA reports.
President Ilham Aliyev signed an Order in this regard.
According to the Order, Artur Tahir oglu Rasi-zade was awarded the "Heydar Aliyev" Order for his long-standing and fruitful contributions to the socio-political life of the Republic of Azerbaijan and his exceptional service in public administration.
