Notice to citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan currently in the Islamic Republic of Iran regarding the cancellation of passenger flights from the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Republic of Azerbaijan!
The Embassy of Azerbaijan in Iran has informed SIA that citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan who purchased flight tickets to return home but are unable to do so due to flight cancellations are advised to contact the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Islamic Republic of Iran or the Consulate General in Tabriz. They should seek assistance with their return via the land border crossings operating between Azerbaijan and Iran to facilitate their repatriation.
Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan who purchased tickets to Azerbaijan from Iranian airlines are advised to contact those airlines' sales offices to arrange for ticket refunds.
