The judicial system must ensure legal and fair consideration of cases, regardless of whether this may cause dissatisfaction of one of the parties, Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan Farhad Abdullayev said at the forum "Looking into the Future: Strengthening Sovereignty in New Realities," Report informs.
He emphasized that public trust in the court must be high, and the judicial system must meet modern challenges and requirements.
"As new challenges arise, reforms are needed. Public trust in the judicial system must be high. After all, there are always two parties in court, and one of them remains dissatisfied with the decision. However, the only way out is a fair and legal consideration of the case," Abdullayev noted.
