The powers of the Minister of Youth and Sports of Azerbaijan have been extended, SİA reports.
According to the report, this was reflected in the amendments made to the “Regulations on the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan” by the Decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev.
The powers of the Minister, include distributing funds allocated from the state budget and extra-budgetary funds, ensuring the provision of allowances, financial assistance and bonuses to the salaries of ministry employees, taking into account the limits of the allocated funds, and making proposals on the formation of the state budget and extra-budgetary funds for the relevant year in the areas of activity of the ministry.
