Religious confessions of Azerbaijan have sent a letter to US President Donald Trump congratulating him on the successful start of his activities as the 47th President of the US, SİA informs.
The letter also expressed wishes for further prosperity and well-being to the American people who entrusted him with this high position.
"Azerbaijan is a country where people of different faiths have historically lived together in peace and harmony. On behalf of the religious confessions of Azerbaijan, we express our deep gratitude for your unwavering commitment to protecting traditional values and religious freedom in the United States. Your unwavering commitment to religious, family, and moral principles is a ray of hope for millions of people worldwide, contributing to the strengthening of spiritual values and moral integrity," reads the letter.
