The locations where ethnic Armenian individuals accused of war crimes were disarmed and detained have been disclosed, as was reflected in the indictment against them in their criminal case, SİA informs.

During the search of his residence, 3 magazines that are component parts of AK-74 automatic weapons, 1 CZ 75 Compact model pistol, and other weapons and military ammunition were discovered and seized.
Davit Babayan was detained on September 28, 2023, in Khankandi city area. Lyova Mnatsakanyan was detained on September 29, 2023, at the Lachin border checkpoint of the State Border Service, and Arkadi Gukasyan was captured on October 3, 2023, in Khankandi city. All were disarmed.
Additionally, Melikset Pashayan, Garik Martirosyan, Gurgen Stepanyan, and Davit Allahverdian were disarmed and detained on September 20, 2023, in the Daghdaghan village of Khojaly district; Madat Babayan on September 20, 2023, in the Gozlukopru village of Aghdara district; Levon Balayan on September 20, 2023, near Shusha city; Vasili Beglaryan on September 26, 2023, in Kalbajar district; and Erik Gazaryan on September 27, 2023, in the Hasanriz village of Aghdara district. Numerous weapons, their component parts and other ammunition, including anti-personnel mines were discovered and seized from them.
