Following the 9th General Assembly of Azerbaijan’s National Olympic Committee, the first Executive Committee meeting was held with a new composition in attendance, SİA informs.
During the meeting, Azer Aliyev was elected as NOC Secretary General, Chingiz Huseynzade as Vice-President and Head of the Executive Office, while Zemfira Meftahatdinova and Farid Mansurov were elected as NOC Vice-Presidents.
Speaking at the event, Chingiz Huseynzade congratulated the newly elected Executive Committee members and wished them success in their activities in sports and the Olympic Movement in the country.
