The martyrs of January 20 sacrificed their lives for the independence of Azerbaijan, Speaker of the Turkish Parliament Numan Kurtulmus wrote on X, SİA informs.
Kurtulmus emphasized his deep respect for the martyrs' memory and expressed his heartfelt solidarity with the fraternal Azerbaijani people.
"We will continue to uphold the principle of 'one nation, two states' and maintain our unity with Azerbaijan in both joy and sorrow," he highlighted.
