Azerbaijan and China have discussed opportunities for cooperation in the development of the Internet of Things (IoT) and the digital economy, Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4SİM) under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan said.
According to SİA, during a video conference, Executive Director of the Center Fariz Jafarov, and Founder and Chairman of the World Internet of Things Convention (WIOTC), Xuming He, exchanged views on topics outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the two organizations in April in Beijing.
The parties discussed organizing joint activities, inviting stakeholders in Azerbaijan to join the WIOTC, sharing experience in the IoT sector, and exploring other opportunities for cooperation in the context of digital economic development.
