Another court session was held today in the criminal case against Ruben Vardanyan, a citizen of Armenia charged under various articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including crimes against peace and humanity, war crimes, terrorism, terrorism financing, and other serious offenses. During the session, victims were questioned.
Sadig Bakhshiyev, who is officially recognized as a victim, gave testimony.
Bakhshiyev said he was wounded by a shot from an Armenian sniper fired from the Aghdara district. As a result, Bakhshiyev sustained serious bodily harm.
The court also announced the findings of a forensic medical examination conducted on the victim.
