Despite all internal and external provocations, there will be no war between Armenia and Azerbaijan — there will be peace, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said, SİA informs via Armenian media.
"Today, we have the opportunity to contribute to a peaceful and prosperous future for our region. The draft treaty on establishing peace and interstate relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan has been agreed upon and awaits signing, and we will proceed along this path. Our region has earned the right to live in peace and prosperity, and that is how it should be," he said.
Pashinyan also emphasized the need to "focus on the real, not historical Armenia," and on building a happy and free state for future generations.
