At least 11 people died in an eruption of a volcano in Indonesia’s Sumatra, Reuters said citing a spokesperson for the local search and rescue team.
According to him, three people were found alive while 12 more are considered missing.
On December 3, a massive eruption of the Marapi volcano occurred in Sumatra. According to preliminary data, the volcano spewed ash as high as over 15,000 meters into the air.
