Both local and foreign Mass Media organizations enjoy the same opportunities for observation of the election process, Head of the Media and Public Relations Department of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Shahin Asadli told seçki-2015.az, SIA reports.
He said that a lot of local and foreign journalists will observe the election process on November 1.
"Journalists will meet no impediments in observation of elections. By presenting their media card, all local journalists will be able to monitor the process. All these measures are taken for free, fair and transparent elections," Asadli concluded.
