"Azerbaijani side has stated and proved repeatedly that Armenia is extending the negotiations process and continues maintaining the status quo which is based on aggression," Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry's spokesman Hikmat Hajiyev told SIA.
According to Hikmat Hajiyev, Armenia is trying to keep the current status-quo: " The main essense of Armenian policy consists from this." added Hikmat Hajiyev.
" Unfortunately, some international organizations' statements based on obvious double standarts. Consequently, the basic reasons of Armenian-Azerbaijani, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is not looked into thoroughly. It is not distinguished an aggresive state from the state exposure to aggression." stressed the Foreign Ministry's spokesman.
