According to Hasanov, the National Leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev’s farsighted policy and ability made other states envious of Azerbaijan. Consequently, some circles approach jealously to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Azerbaijan’s First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva. Some states can not accept Azerbaijan’s success. Neither Russia nor US or Europe have not acquired the success and development that President Ilham Aliyev and Mehriban Aliyeva done for 10-12 years, probably they will not.
