Today, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received the delegation led by Sudan's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ali Ahmed Karti, SİA informs.
During the meeting, Azerbaijani President expressed his hope that the visit of the Sudanese Foreign Minister to Azerbaijan would be fruitful and provide a good opportunity for the development of friendly relations between the two countries.
Minister Ali Ahmed Karti conveyed the greetings of Sudanese President Omar Hassan Ahmad al-Bashir to the head of the state. He said that he was witnessing rapid development of the country and congratulated the head of state on the successes.
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev expressed his gratitude for the greetings of President Omar Hassan Ahmad al-Bashir and asked him to convey his greetings to the President of Sudan.
