In accordance with the mandate of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, the OSCE mission has today conducted a monitoring on troops contact line near Tap Garagoyunlu village of Azerbaijan`s Goranboy region. The monitoring ended without an incident.
According to Azerbaijan`s Defense Ministry, the monitoring was held, on the Azerbaijani side, by Personal Representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk, his field assistant Hristo Hristov and OSCE High-Level Planning Group Representative, Colonel Tuncay Sevim.
From the opposite side, the monitoring was conducted by field assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Evgeny Sharov, Peter Swedberg and OSCE High-Level Planning Group Representative, Colonel Markus Widmer.
