Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili visited the Alley of Honors and lay a wreath at the tomb of Azerbaijani National Leader Heydar Aliyev, SIA reports.
Irakli Garibashvili also put flowers at the grave of prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
The Georgian PM has also visited the Alley of Martyrs in Baku. A guard of honor was lined up for the Georgian PM here. The Prime Minister paid tribute to Azerbaijani heroes who gave their lives for the country’s independence and territorial integrity. He laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame monument.
