GUAM Parliamentary Assembly will strengthen its work and is becoming more and more important forum for the convergence of the member countries in completely different issues.
The statement came from Secretary General of GUAM Valeri Chechelashvili at the 5th session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the organization in Baku.
According to him, the chairmanship of Azerbaijan in GUAM PA was characterized by consistent development of the organization.
"Through the implementation of various projects and programs of cooperation, we have strengthened the stability and integration processes in the Caspian-Black Sea region.
This is a serious achievement of the current chairmanship," said the GUAM Secretary General, expressing hope for further strong support of Azerbaijan for the development of the organization.
