On 9 October, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received World Bank's Regional Director for the South Caucasus Henry Kerali.
The meeting expressed satisfaction with development of the 20-year old relations between Azerbaijan and World Bank, big potential in cooperation with our country and World Bank's interest in further deepening of this cooperation, AzerTAj reports.
The meeting also exchanged views on infrastructure, renewable energy, drinkable water supply, water reservoirs and irrigation systems, utilization of the Caspian Sea for irrigation, supporting entrepreneurship on grounds, diversification of economy, continuation of reforms in several fields and further expansion of cooperation in priority directions of Azerbaijan.
