Bahar Muradova: “The MG is not able to effectively take the advantage of chances it gets in order to resolve the conflict”
The OSCE Minsk group has acquired sufficient opportunities to settle the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Unfortunately, the group is not able to effectively take the advantage of chances it gets. This was stressed by Bahar Muradova, the deputy speaker of Azerbaijani parliament and the leader of OSCE PA Azerbaijani delegation.
Bahar Muradova also underlined that instead of attempting to resolve the conflict, the OSCE Minsk group co-chairmen seem to aggravate the conflict. Generally, the action of the Minsk group must be aimed to achieve positive results and this matter cannot be ignored by the Minsk group headed states. It is also well-known fact that the increasing economic and military strength of Azerbaijan seriously disturbs not only Armenia, but also supporter powers which stand behind Armenia.
