Azerbaijan has sent a note to Tanzania.
The statement came from the Foreign Ministry spokesman Elman Abdullayev.
According to him, the note was presented by the Azerbaijani Embassy in Egypt and the Tanzanian side was demanded to bring explanation to the fact that on the official website of the Interior Ministry, Nagorno-Karabakh was shown as a separate republic.
The Azerbaijani Embassy in the South African Republic is also holding negotiations on this issue.
Abdullayev said that Baku demands an immediate solution of this problem.
The website of the Tanzanian Interior Ministry has mentioned Karabakh as a separate republic and set USD 50 as a visa fee for those willing to visit it.
