A joint press conference of foreign ministers of Ukraine and Azerbaijan has been held.
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said that the sides discussed issues of economic, political and cultural cooperation between the two countries.
In turn, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Konstantin Grishchenko noted that there is still the image of the Eurovision in Azerbaijan.
"We were pleased to note that Ukraine gave 12 points to Azerbaijan, which is proof of good relations not only between the states but also the peoples", he said.
According to him, the subject of the conflict resolution will be the priority during Ukraine’s presidency in the OSCE.
"We have to prepare a series of documents before the Council of Presidents of Ukraine and Azerbaijan, the date which is not defined yet", K.Grishchenko said.
He noted that he met with the president of SOCAR Rovnag Abdullayev and discussed the issue of Ukraine's participation in the TANAP project.
