Milli Majlis Deputy, member of the Azerbaijani delegation in PACE Ganira Pashayeva met the Foreign Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zlatko Lagumdzija in Strasbourg.
The meeting was held as part of the spring session of PACE.
Deputy Ganira Pashayeva noted that the speech of Foreign Minister Zlatko Lagumdzija in the parliamentary assembly was praised by the deputies and noted that Azerbaijan is always happy with the achievements of Bosnia and Herzegovina and grieves over its hardships and tragedies.
Pashayeva said Azerbaijan attaches a great importance to expanding cooperation with Bosnia and Herzegovina in all directions.
In turn, the foreign minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina noted that his country pays a great attention to developing ties with Azerbaijan in all spheres while noting the need to intensify efforts for the further broadening of this cooperation.
The minister also stressed the importance of expanding cooperation between the two countries within the framework of international organizations, including PACE.
